اختتامیه بیست و ششمین جشنواره ملی کتاب سال دانشجویی ۲۸ آبان در دانشگاه تهران برگزار می شود.
این جشنواره به همت جهاد دانشگاهی در سطح دانشگاه و حوزه علمیه برگزار می‌شود و شرط اولیه شرکت در آن تولید آثار همزمان با تحصیل است.
جشنواره در اردیبهشت ماه ۹۸ آغاز به کار کرد و متقاضیان تا پایان تیر ماه آثار خود را به دبیرخانه جشنواره ارسال کردند.
بنابر اعلام دبیرخانه جشنواره، امسال ۵۱۸ اثر به دبیرخانه جشنواره ارسال شد که ۸۷ درصد آثار مربوط به دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های دولتی، ۱۰ درصد مربوط به دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد و ۳ درصد متعلق به دانشجویان سایر مراکز آموزش عالی بوده است.
از بین آثار رسیده به جشنواره امسال ۷۵ درصد مؤلفان از دانشجویان مرد و ۲۵ درصد از خانم‌ها بوده‌اند. مقطع تحصیلی دانشجویان مؤلف به ترتیب ۶۴ درصد دکترا، ۲۵ درصد کارشناسی ارشد و ۱۱ درصد کارشناسی است.
۵۱۸ اثر در ۶ گروه اصلی شامل علوم انسانی، علوم پایه، فنی مهندسی، هنر و معماری، پزشکی و دامپزشکی و کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی و ۵ موضوع ویژه تقسیم بندی شدند و فرایند داوری انجام شد.
در نهایت ۷ اثر به عنوان برگزیده و ۱۴ اثر به عنوان آثار شایسته تقدیر معرفی شدند که در برنامه اختتامیه که روز ۲۸ آبان برگزار می‌شود از آنها تجلیل می شود.
